之前一直處於裝修狀態的希慎廣場地庫,最近終於升級改造完成。
甘味處鎌倉便是其中一間開在URBANHOOD理念社區的日本過江龍店。
主打職人手藝秘製鎌倉蕨餅。還有特色茶飲、刨冰,亦是首間的海外分店。
在日本超有人氣,來到香港人氣不減。有排隊的人龍,大概要等10分鐘左右。
不論是外賣還是堂食都是排同一條隊,店旁邊有專屬的用餐位置。

本來想點抹茶口味的刨冰,但店員說賣光了,最後改點店員推薦說頗多人吃的
生草莓刨冰 (HKD 78) 這個份量頗多的,適合兩個人一起吃。
刨冰是用日本天然水製作,口感很軟綿,吃時不會頭痛 (笑)
香甜可口的生草莓醬,即使吃到一半還有不少,不會吃到尾只有白色的冰。

一打開就看到滿滿的黃豆粉,可先吃一個沒沾黑蜜的,能吃到焙煎的濃郁香氣。
蕨餅口感很Q軟煙韌,加黑蜜來吃增添了一份甜味,讓味道層次更豐富。
